Payment may be made by cash, eftpos/credit card or direct deposit on the day of your appointment. Eftpos/credit cards incur a small processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
An SMS reminder is sent at the time of booking, and again 72hrs (3 days) prior to your appointment.
A minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice by phone is required to reschedule/cancel your appointment. This allows sufficient time to notify another client in advance.
(Please note, business days do not include weekends or public holidays)
If less than 48 hrs notice is given, a $50 fee is charged.
Same day cancellations require full-fee payment for the scheduled time.
Non-attendance of an appointment requires full fee payment for the appointment time.
This payment can be made immediately by direct deposit, or at your next appointment.
Home program
Your participation in your own healing process is vital to moving forward. Recommendations will be made to support your progress, which enhance your individual goals. Your involvement outside your sessions continue the momentum that your appointment creates!

Every person has unique requirements, responses and participation in their healing process. The number of sessions can vary greatly, depending on your goals and where you are now. Initially, it is helpful to create momentum with regular appointments for a time. Once balance is restored and symptoms subside, many people choose to incorporate "check in" sessions further apart to consolidate and enhance their growth, and to stay on track with their goals.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the benefits of holistic healing. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are subject to appointment availability.
Referrals
Holistic Healing works well in conjunction with other modalities, and is often introduced as a referral from other practitioners who recognise its benefits as an adjunct to their treatments.
